We currently only ship to USA destinations, but will be looking into international shipping options in the future.

Each new order is roasted fresh.  It takes us 3-5 of days to process, roast and package your coffee and we hope to have you enjoying your first brew within 7-9 days from order date depending on choice of shipping. If you want a consistent supply of coffee, consider a subscription: no fees, no cancellation costs, no worries!

We do not return any of our coffees, but please contact us if there is an issue with your product so that we may have an opportunity to correct it. For other product returns, we will replace items that are defective or broken. Please contact us and we will make every effort to correct any issue. Yes, but please contact us directly using the Contact Us form, for coffee orders larger than the standard 12oz bags.

At the current time, we are donating on a semi annual basis after the close of the financial half year. The plan is to post our donations for all to see and to disclose our contributions our receiving partners.

We are a proud partner of the Navy SEAL Foundation and direct 100% of our donations to them.

JumpStart is offering free coffee (2 bags / month max) for 1 year beginning in 2022 to a lucky winner.  Each new email list subscriber receives one entry into the contest. An additional entry will be provided to customers for each new bag of coffee purchased.  Entries into the contest will be accepted until the Dec 31, 2021 at 11:59pm CST.  Draw will be held on Jan 2, 2022 at Noon, CST and winner will be announced before Jan 2, 2022 at 11:59pm CST.  Contest is valid if at least 500 entries have been received. Winner agrees to have first name and city, state published on social media, email campaign, and website. Additional winners may be drawn at discretion of JumpStart and announced if number of entries are in excess of 1000.
